Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs

A bedtime story full of kindness, courage, and magical friendships

Once upon a time, in a kingdom far, far away, there lived a sweet little princess named Snow White. She had skin as white as snow, hair as black as the night sky, and a kind heart that made everyone love her.

But her stepmother, the Evil Queen, was jealous of her beauty. Every day, the queen would ask her magic mirror:

“Mirror, mirror on the wall, who is the fairest of them all?”

And one day, the mirror replied:

“Queen, you are fair, it is true, but Snow White is even fairer than you.”

The queen was furious. Full of jealousy, she sent Snow White into the forest, hoping she would be lost forever. But Snow White was brave and strong. She walked through the deep woods until she found a tiny cottage hidden among the flowers.

Curious, she stepped inside. Everything was so small — tiny chairs, tiny beds, and even tiny dishes! She tidied up the house with love and soon fell asleep.

That evening, seven dwarfs returned home from working in the diamond mines. They were surprised to find a girl sleeping in their house!

When Snow White woke up, she smiled kindly, and the dwarfs quickly grew fond of her. Their names were Doc, Grumpy, Happy, Sleepy, Bashful, Sneezy, and Dopey. They welcomed her with open arms, and together, they lived like one big happy family.

But the Evil Queen soon discovered that Snow White was still alive. Furious, she disguised herself as an old woman and prepared a poisoned red apple.

She found Snow White alone at the cottage and kindly offered her the shiny apple. Not knowing the danger, Snow White took a bite — and fell into a deep, magical sleep.

The dwarfs were heartbroken and placed her gently in a crystal bed deep in the forest. Days passed, until one day, a prince who had heard stories of the kind and gentle princess came to see her.

Moved by her beauty and goodness, the prince gently kissed her. It was a true love’s kiss, and suddenly — Snow White opened her eyes!

Everyone rejoiced! Snow White hugged each of the dwarfs with love and said goodbye. She went to live in the castle with the prince, where she continued to share kindness and joy throughout the kingdom.

And so, Snow White, the seven dwarfs, and the prince lived happily ever after.
